Mentoring & Coaching
As a highly sought after business coach and consultant as well as a leader in the creative entrepreneurial industry, Victoria Rothwell’s straight forward and blunt approach focuses on profitability and goal alignment. Her dedication to the creative entrepreneurial market and building a stronger creative industry focuses on business ethics, value based pricing and work/life balance. Her blunt approach certainly isn’t for everyone, and she is selective of who she coaches based on their personal goals, personality, drive, and goal attainability. Her goal as a coach is to evaluate your business, help you to identify your personal and professional goals, and help you build a plan to meet those two needs. Although she wishes them well, her teaching style does not pair well with those seeking a creative business has a hobby or non-income based focus.
Due to the fact that coaching and mentoring availability is in high demand, Victoria focuses on selecting candidates who’s goals are attainable and the business owner is willing and ready to pursue those goals.
Mentoring
This is a two month time commitment and includes two sessions. This package is designed for creative entrepreneurs who would like to grow their business in their current direction and model and ensure the future growth plan is set for success. This is a lite version of full business coaching.
Questionnaire
We begin our work with an in depth questionnaire to determine our starting point, your past work history, clients & personal stumbling blocks and beginning goals. This questionnaire will also be sent to me including a copy of your contract, pricing sheet and any other paperwork or forms you use with your client.
Session I

Homework
You will be assigned a list of research, rewriting and review following session I including market and competitor analysis, pricing mock ups and completion of any new processes we establish in session I.
Session II
Or second session will review the homework from session I, make any further changes or corrections, adapt and grow your pricing and establish a long term business plan.
Workshops and Community
Through my mentoring program, you will also have access to our Prep School community and have a 20% coupon code for any workshops through Prep School valid for the 8 months from your first mentoring session. Mentees are also offered the opportunity to work with the Design House Prep School affiliate team.

Business Coaching
This is a 4-6 month commitment. Four sessions is included in the $2,800 coaching package. Additional sessions can be added for $550 per session. This package is ideal for business looking to revamp, change direction, and reenvision their business model and plan.
Business coaching sessions are specially tailored to fit your personal needs and business goals. Together, we establish the number of sessions you would like and build a timeline for each session based on your needs. These sessions will include a review of your business model and plan, a full market analysis of your current pricing structure as well as determining your target demographic and tailoring your pricing and branding to fit that goal. We review your contracts, forms, and take an in depth look at your process, both front and back end, applying the ideas of the psychology of reciprocity. We will also look at your social media footprint to ensure it aligns with your new business goals and target market. We will build out your brand pricing, determining what services you should be offering based on your goals, how much they should be worth, and build value and perceived value in your product or service. Together, we will rewrite your business model and plan to suit your new goals. Our end goal is to better monetize your business to turn a more lucrative and successful profit as well as identifying and meeting your personal goals. We also discuss the value of a work/life balance and how to work smarter, not harder.
